The first Monday of this year’s calendar has it all – okay, there is nothing for Metal purists, but we serve three closely related genres with top-class acts! 

When UFO formed in 1969, no one could foresee that the band’s story will not be over in 2019 – 50 years of UFO, what a madness. The band is not only one of the pioneers of the scene, but also one of the few groups that are still active, although there have also been various changes in the lineup over the years.

The horror punk musician MICHALE GRAVES became known worldwide for his work with the Misfits from 1995 to 2000 – but most of his music was created under his own name. Along with such illustrious fellow musicians as Argyle Goolsby, just another legend of the horror punk, he is going to hit Wacken in 20019!

VERSENGOLD can probably only be described as a phenomenon – the folk rock band is almost outrageously popular within the Medieval scene and just a few weeks ago, they celebrated their 15th anniversary with two massive shows. We congratulate and look forward to the return of the band!
