After 2 years in the making, Melt Festival is back, and the Melt team worked hard to offer its visitors a more innovative and intimate festival experience. The main points of changes are more artists to discover, more stages, and more non-music activities at the festival, as well as an additional pre day on Thursday! Melt Festival has always been a melting point for the most diverse fans from all over the world and with #anewworld the festival is looking forward to a lot of new experiences and expectations!

Organisers are over the moon to announce the return of JAMIE XX at Melt 2022. Having played a memorable sun-downer at Melt 2015 with his debut “In Colour” in tow, you can already be sure that next year all will fall for its charm. Long overdue again are the debuts of ARLO PARKS and LITTLE SIMZ in Ferropolis. Having worked with Gorillaz and Kehlani, LITTLE SIMZ has taken time for herself to create “GREY Area” and most recently “Drop 6”.

More than 60 other artists have already been confirmed for next summer: British singer-songwriter and poet ARLO PARKS, TIRZAH, TOM MISCH or German hiphop rising star SYMBA, as well as the first swing of electronic music at its best featuring HONEY DIJON, FRED AGAIN.., PROSPA and JAYDA G as well as an exclusive b2b of PALMS TRAX and HUNEE!

The shows of Planningtorock presenting “Gay Dreams do come true” that celebrates music and queer stories, Brazilian drag queen PABLLO VITTAR and Berlin based comedian DANIEL RYAN SPAULDING complete the first wave of confirmations. As well as the most live performances ever seen at Melt Festival from artists such as DJ SEINFELD, DANIEL AVERY, YVES TUMOR and THE BLAZE.

One more thing to add: the Melt crew has added an extra night of heat for all fans of Melt Festival with a crazy line-up of nearly 20 acts to dance through the night with genres ranging from leftfield house, UK Bass, oldschool jungle, Italo-Disco romantics, to slamming techno. Artists included: MAMA SNAKE, JOY ORBISON, ELIOTT LITROWSKI, SEGA BODEGA, SASSY 009 and a lot of other amazing artists!
