Tonight, the British pop favorites YEARS & YEARS play a sold out show at City Scene in Oslo. On Friday 14th June it will be Bergen’s turn – festival organisers look forward to a long-awaited reunion with Olly, Mikey and Emre at Plenen!

With their soulful electronic pop and numerous hits, the London trio YEARS & YEARS is one of the most outgoing, colorful and beloved pop bands in the UK.

“Filthy, sexy, thoroughly debauched pop at its finest,” says the NME review of their 2018 album, Palo Santo. The distinctive vocal of Olly Alexander leads a funky, 80s inspired dance music about life’s ups, downs, divisions, taboos and hidden opinions.

It is likely to be a very good Friday at Bergenfest, also this year. In addition to YEARS & YEARS, the hit machines CLEAN BANDIT and the pop comet ALMA have been confirmed to this day. In total, only three out of twelve artists have been published for the day program on June 14th – organisers can reveal that you have a lot of good bands waiting!
