VETUSTA MORLA are the latest confirmation for NOS Alive’19. The band of the millennium in Spain returns to Portugal on July 13th and will play the NOS Stage.

The most recent album “Same Place, Different Place” was nominated for three Latin Grammys – Best Alternative Music Album, Best Song “Dicas de Sabios” and Best Design – the Vetusta Morla’s fourth album is Golden Record in Spain and a resounding and incomparable live success.

They are from Tres Cantos, north of Madrid, VETUSTA MORLA – Pucho (voice), David “el Indio” (drums), Álvaro B. Baglietto (bass), Jorge González (percussion), Guillermo Galván (guitar and keyboards) and Juanma Latorre (guitar and keyboards) – joined in the late 90’s, but only released the first album in 2008. “Un Día En El Mundo” – which came out in the author edition – was Platinum Album for sales over 40 thousand copies.

At the end of 2018 came the fourth album of originals, “Same Place, Distinct Place. In Portugal, it was released in March 2018 and performed live in May at the sold out Hard Club and at the Coliseum in Lisbon.

The year for VETUSTA MORLA ends with another sold out show in Madrid at the WiZink Center on December 30th, where the band will celebrate the 10th anniversary of the debut album “Un Dia en El Mundo” and the 20th anniversary of the first concert.
