In 2013, THE MINDS OF 99 won on KærligHeden’s stage, LiveCamp, and has since become Denmark’s most popular band.

It is now 9 years since THE MINDS OF 99 consisting of five Copenhagen childhood friends performed at KærligHeden with the song ‘Det Er Knud Som Er Død’, where the band puts music to Tom Kristensen’s memoir about the polar researcher Knud Rasmussen.

Both their debut and second albums went platinum, while their third album went double platinum. THE MINDS OF 99 has received up to several gold and platinum certifications for their singles, has more than 178 million streams across different platforms and has received five Danish Music Awards, a P3 gold award, nine GAFFA awards and four Steppe Wolf- prices. Just to name a few. On January 7, THE MINDS OF 99 released without hesitation their fourth studio album ‘Infinity Action’, which to that extent has also been praised by critics.

THE MINDS OF 99’s live concerts are a chapter in themselves. They have played full concerts on both Bøgescenen and Roskilde Festival’s Orange Stage, while in 2019 they played a sold out arena tour and in 2021 hit a new peak with a sold out Parken in Copenhagen for over 50,000 people for a legendary concert that came in the wake of an absolutely hard year for live music.

THE MINDS OF 99 has become a symbol of community in Denmark – they have started a whole new wave of pop rock on the Danish music scene, and organisers could not be more proud to have followed them all the way.
