The Chemical Brothers to play NOS Alive! 2019

THE CHEMICAL BROTHERS are the new big confirmation for the 13th edition of NOS Alive. The UK band performs on July 13th on the NOS Stage, joining the already confirmed THE SMASHING PUMPKINS and BON IVER.

The electronic duo of Tom Rowlands and Ed Simons bring to NOS Alive the new album “No Geography” to be released in the spring of 2019. The band’s ninth full length includes the latest single “Free Yourself”, presented last month to the public and that quickly won praise from the specialised press, as is the case of Rolling Stone which highlights “the euphoric, multi-faceted odyssey of blistering synths and deep grooves.” The first subject already revealed has more than one million views on YouTube, an innovative video directed by the longtime creative team, Dom & Nic.

THE CHEMICAL BROTHERS have sold more than 12 million albums, six million singles worldwide and count a considerable list of awards, including a Brit Award, four earned Grammy Awards and seven nominations, the most recent one for the last album, “Born In The Echoes”, released in 2015. They were the first electronic band to receive a Grammy in the category “Best Rock Instrumental Performance” with the album “Block Rockin Beats”.

Known for the rapturous performances, THE CHEMICAL BROTHERS promise to close the NOS Stage with a golden key on July 13th.
