The Amity Affliction confirmed for Rock For People 2019

Sunny and carefree Australia sometimes brings a raw music to Rock for People. Post-hardcore band THE AMITY AFFLICTION will bring a misery of soul and content. Their sixth and last studio album is called “Misery” where once again their frontman Joel Birch fights his inner demons. It’s definitely a band with a story that always brings a message to their fans. The band was accompanied by various tragedies throughout its lifetime – a death of a close friend in a car accident, sickness of band members due to which they had to cancel gigs and at the end numerous exchanges of musicians in the band. Music and the message are delivered with the emphasis and experiences – just guys who fought for everything they have and encouraging youngsters to do the same.

THE AMITY AFFLICTION has gone through accusations for controversy. Some fans are blaming them for their musical discouragement, but their video sequels to Ivy (Doomsday) and Feels Like I’m Dying is quite harsh. And so will be their concert!
