SLIPKNOT “We Are Not Your Kind Tour 2021” lands in Sweden on August 1st next year – The place is Pildammsparken in Malmö, the festival is new and is called Rock Slap.

SLIPKNOT released their sixth studio album “We Are Not Your Kind” in August 2019 which topped charts in the US, Australia, Canada, Japan, Ireland, Belgium and Finland. In addition, they had top 3 places in Germany, France, Norway, Italy, the Netherlands and New Zealand.

The album was also praised in the media. “With their latest studio album, SLIPKNOT have released one of the strongest albums in their career,” commented consequence of sound. The independent wrote: “the sheer ambition of we are not your kind is just as staggering as their seminal record Iowa – the dynamic might be even better”. The online magazine The Ringer: “Slipknot’s sixth album” furthers the argument that they’re the most important heavy band of their era “, while kerrang!: “20 years since their debut, slipknot are as bold, fearless and exhilarating as ever”. Vulture praised the album: “maelstrom of serrated riffs, warlike drums, and machine-gun poetry from Taylor,” and NME put it simply: “the ‘knot’s sixth album is an astonishing record.”.

SLIPKNOT played in Stockholm in February this year, and now a dear reunion is planned for next summer when they come to Malmö and the new festival Rock Slap on 1st August 2021!
