In his only London festival appearance of the summer, international grime sensation SKEPTA will be taking to Field Day’s new north London main stage for a headline show on 7 June 2019. Hailing from nearby Meridian Walk Estate, Tottenham, SKEPTA‘s performance will be a homecoming gig the likes of which London has never seen.
Topping the bill on Saturday will be R&B sensation JORJA SMITH. Her critically-acclaimed debut album Lost & Found has earned her a Grammy-nomination (Best New Artist) and three BRIT nominations (British Female Solo Artist, British Breakthrough Act and Mastercard British Album of the Year) and having already collaborated with the likes of Drake, Kendrick Lamar, Khalid and Stormzy, had her Coachella debut and featured on the Black Panther soundtrack, she has confirmed her position as a global superstar.
So amazing to be playing Field Day this year. I can’t wait to play my first festival headline slot. It’s going to be so much fun!
