Skepta, Gramatik, Charlotte de Witte more new names confirmed for Dour Festival!

After A$AP ROCKY, DISCLOSURE (DJ SET), ORELSAN, DAMSO, RAE SREMMURD, KAYTRANADA, SOLOMUN, IAMDDB, SHECK WES and already more than thirty names announced, Dour festival organisers are back to reveal to you a little more about the color of the 2019 line up.

At Dour, organisers know you’re curious and adventurous. This year again, they invite you to join us for an edition dedicated to eclecticism, festivity and discovery, with the return of the new British rap icon SKEPTA and one of Belgium’s biggest techno giants, CHARLOTTE DE WITTE, among others. Drum’n’ bass fans will find their happiness on ANDY C’s set, a pioneer of the genre with the Mancunian MC TONN PIPER joining him. Another regular at the festival, the Welshman HIGH CONTRAST is going to present us his new live show and the dancefloor will be boiling during the show of Slovenian producer GRAMATIK, who has planned to deliver a dance set featuring jazz, funk and hip hop.

Those who want to take a walk through the heart of the hip hop hurricane will do well not to miss the show of J.I.D. from Georgia or the mad rapper JPEGMAFIA.

The Bordeaux based ODEZENNE returns to Dour to blow a fresh breeze beneath the wind turbines to present their new album “Au Baccara” and CADILLAC, Stupeflip’s stellar breakthrough, disembarks his punk desires, rap gimmicks and cowboy boots.

We continue with a summary of the world’s finest electronic music with AZF, the leading figure on the Parisian techno scene, the new prodigy of the excellent and always inspiring Munich-based house label Permanent Vacation MANO LE TOUGH, the Lithuanian underground UNDER BLACK HELMET, the Icelandic protégé from the Nina Kraviz BJARKI LIVE or the emperor of bass music SKEE MASK and the driving force behind the new British industrial scene ANSOME. We are also very proud to welcome the legendary BODY & SOUL to close down la Petite Maison dans la Prairie during several hours on Sunday night.

MØME, the continuously rising “chillwave” producer and FKJ flag bearer of the new French house will make the crowds dance, just like the New York trio BATTLES.

We have also selected for you the best of the blue-white-red musical emergence with likes of VENDREDI SUR MER and her soft songs with electro-pop notes, the duo AGAR AGAR, located somewhere between dark electro, ice-cold disco and robot romanticism but also the self-tuned and poetic dub of CHATON and finally the intimate and refreshing pop of VOYOU from Nantes.
