Nothing But Thieves, Petit Biscuit, Sea Girls & Fontaine DC join the NOS Alive20 line up

NOTHING BUT THIEVES plays for the first time at NOS Alive’20 on July 9th, joining TAYLOR SWIFT, KHALID, ALT-J and THE LUMINEERS on the NOS stage.

With their first single, “Itch”, which earned the band opening acts for bands such as Muse, Twenty One Pilots, Gerard Way and Awolnation, their international career got jump started really quick. Then, with the release of the first original album, which reached number 7 on the UK table, they were recognised among the general public. The second album of the band “Broken Machine” acclaimed by critics, won second place on the UK album chart. In recent years, NOTHING BUT THIEVES have traveled the world where they have garnered a legion of fans.

With half a million albums sold and the same number of streams worldwide, the band composed of Conor Mason, Dominic Craik, Joe Langridge, Philip Blake and James Price performs for the first time at the Festival at Passeio Marítimo de Algés.

PETIT BISCUIT is the new confirmation of NOS Alive’20, on July 11th on the Sagres Stage. He joins the already confirmed acts for this day: THE STROKES, DA WEASEL, TWO DOOR CINEMA CLUB, HAIM, PARCELS, WOLF PARADE and ALEC BENJAMIN.

After the critical acclaim of “Presence”, released on his 18th birthday in 2017, the French producer presented his intricate and delicate universe to an ever-increasing fanbase.

With more than 1,5 billion streams under his belt as an independent artist, PETIT BISCUIT has shown through his follow-up releases (“Suffer” ft. Skott, “We Were Young” ft. JP Cooper) that he was no one-hit-wonder, proving to fans that Petit Biscuit will continue to re-invent and evolve his sound with each new release.

In 2020 he will release the second album and will be at NOS Alive’20 on July 11th on the Sagres Stage for a major concert.

SEA GIRLS arrive at NOS Alive’20, July 10th to perform on the Sagres Stage.

The English band has just released their new single, “Ready For More”, from their fourth EP, “Under Exit Lights”, which is scheduled to release on March 6 this year.

Known for their energetic live performances and ability to compose songs such as “Violet” and “Damage Done”, SEA GIRLS is a band focused on bringing their work to new generations, projecting in them what the most current music can toast us. 2019 was the band’s kick-off year, with great international projection for the world tour and stint at international festivals.

The quartet composed of Henry Camamile, Rory Young, Andrew Dawson and Oli Khan could not make his debut better in our country. It is then scheduled, July 10th, on the Sagres stage, so we can dance all to the rhythm of SEA GIRLS.

Another new English band joining the NOS Alive’20 line up are FONTAINE DC who perform on July 8th, on the Sagres Stage, joining those already confirmed for that day, KENDRICK LAMAR, JORJA SMITH and BLACK PUMAS.

After the release of the acclaimed debut album, “Dogrel”, which reached ninth place on the UK album chart, won the Album of the Year by BBC Radio 6 Music, and won a Mercury Prize nomination, FONTAINE DC gave a amazing concert at Glastonbury 2019, leaving its mark there.
