Maroon 5 to headline Tinderbox Festival Denmark 2023

Festival organisers don’t really feel like this band needs a big fancy introduction. Cause let’s be honest; the influence of MAROON 5 on the global pop scene is unmistakable. But in the unlikely event that you forgot who this is, here’s what you need to know.

The list of hits that MAROON 5 have gifted us through the times is long… really long!

Actually, few bands have seen the kind of success that this band has, with no less than 32 Billboard Hot 100 tracks under their belt as well as three GRAMMY® Awards, over 90 million in album sales, 550 million singles worldwide, and gold and platinum certifications in more than 35 countries.

The American pop band is the first headliner for next year’s festival in Tusindårsskoven and will play on Friday 23rd June!

It all traces back to 2002 when Maroon 5 dropped their groundbreaking record Songs About Jane that included massive hits like “This Love”, “She Will Be Loved” and “Sunday Morning”. Since then, their seven-record catalogue has offered additional hits like “Makes Me Wonder”, “Misery”, “Sugar”, “Moves Like Jagger” with Christina Aguilera and numerous other notable collaborations with artists like Cardi B, Kendrick Lamar, Nipsey Hussle, Megan Thee Stallion, SZA, Juice WRLD, Future and A$AP Rocky.

With the announcement of MAROON 5, the festival has started the announcements for next year’s festival, which will once again bring international stars to Odense, pay tribute to the exuberant Danish music scene and fire up the country’s biggest EDM party on the iconic, electronic stage Magicbox.
