Your Obelisk Arena headliners are LEWIS CAPALDI, FOALS and SNOW PATROL. Plus RUSSELL HOWARD will headline in the Comedy Arena. We can also reveal many more arts and music names coming to Henham Park this summer!
MAGGIE ROGERS, LITTLE SIMZ, MANIC STREET PREACHERS, PHOEBE BRIDGERS, GROOVE ARMADA, FONTAINES DC and many more music names coming to Latitude 2022. Plus TIM KEY, ROSIE JONES, TEZ ILYAS and THE TWO SHOT PODCAST are just some of the arts names to be announced.
Festival organisers are ecstatic to have UK singer-songwriter sensation LEWIS CAPALDI make his Latitude debut. Lewis exploded onto the scene back in 2019 with his debut album. His single ‘Someone You Loved’ was the longest running top 10 single of all time by a British artist. He’s had many more hits since: ‘Before You Go’, ‘Grace’ and ‘Bruises’ to name a few.
Plus he’s working on a new album due to be released this year, meaning new tracks could well feature in Lewis’s headline show!
Indie rock champions FOALS will be returning to headline Latitude for the first time since 2013. They’ve had quite a journey since then: their last album ‘Everything Not Will Be Lost – Part 2’ went straight to number one, and they bagged a Brit Award for Best Group in 2020. They’ve also just released two stellar new tracks from upcoming seventh album, ‘Life Is Yours’.
We’re honoured & thrilled to be headlining Latitude this year. It’s especially significant to us as our first ever festival headline set was at Latitude almost ten years ago and we remember the rush of that show like it’s today; it felt like being handed the controls to a jumbo jet at 35k feet…Latitude helped us and many other great UK bands realise their potential. We couldn’t be happier to come back on the Saturday night to remind everyone & ourselves how powerful & euphoric live music can be.
Foals
The mighty SNOW PATROL headlined the first ever Latitude in 2006 – and are now making their triumphant return after 16 years! It’s been a long wait, but we know their headline set will be more than worth it. ‘Run’, ‘Chasing Cars’ and ‘Open Your Eyes’ are just some of the classics from the band’s impressive catalogue, so prepare for a set full of sing-a-longs!
We are so delighted to be back playing Latitude once again. We headlined the very first one in 2006 and we’re so honoured to be asked to headline once again. It’s one of the best festivals in the UK and we can’t wait.
Snow Patrol
And that’s just the start! There is a whole host of music names coming to the Obelisk Arena to wow you all. Grammy nominated US singer-songwriter MAGGIE ROGERS will also make her Latitude debut. Having toured with the likes of Haim and Mumford & Sons, her folky indie-pop will sound dreamy in Henham Park.
LITTLE SIMZ just scored her first Brit award for Best New Artist, and we’re honoured to have her at Latitude. Her latest album ‘Sometimes I Might Be Introvert’ received widespread critical acclaim and charted at number 4.
Welsh rockers MANIC STREET PREACHERS‘ career stretches back to the early 90’s. They’ll be bringing alt-punk gems like 2000’s smash hit ‘The Masses Against The Classes’ to the Obelisk Arena, so get ready to rock out!

The thunderous FONTAINES D.C. release their highly anticipated third album ‘Skinty Fia’ in April. Get ready to bop to brand new songs alongside modern classics like ‘Boys In The Better Land’.
