10 years after the first edition of Knotfest in the USA and outstanding editions in Japan as well as in Latin America, the legendary Slipknot festival will come to Germany for the first time in 2022. With Knotfest Germany, SLIPKNOT, arguably the most creative and visionary metal & rock band of the last two decades, will present their unique audiovisual festival experience to German fans for the first time. The premiere will take place on July 30th in and around the Rudolf Weber-ARENA in Oberhausen.

A total of 10 bands and artists will perform at Knotfest Germany on a spectacular open-air stage and a second main stage in the arena. In addition, the complete SLIPKNOT Museum will be presented on site and selected arts & culture installations as well as gastronomy offers will make Knotfest Germany an extraordinary happening for up to 25,000 festival visitors.

In addition to festival headliner and curator SLIPKNOT, two more musically exceptional acts have already been confirmed at the on-sale start with Swedish hard’n’heavy icons IN FLAMES and American metal rap phenomenon GHOSTEMANE.
