Having already confirmed the likes of ARCTIC MONKEYS, DUA LIPA and KINGS OF LEON, Budapests’ Sziget Festival is already vying for event of the year and with the incredible second announce including JUSTIN BIEBER, ANNE-MARIE, CALVIN HARRIS, TAME IMPALA, SAM FENDER, TOURIST, FOLAMOUR, STEVE AOKI, NINA KRAVIZ, KÖLSCH and many more they’re true contenders for the crown.

As part of this second announcement Canadian superstar JUSTIN BIEBER will join Sziget as part of his Justice World Tour which kicked off this February in the US. Bieber will visit the Island of Freedom with a fresh pack of songs under his arm after releasing his sixth studio album ‘Justice’ last March; including several hits like ‘Anyone’ and ‘Ghost’, and the global smash hit ‘Peaches’. A date not to be missed, this summer will be Justin Bieber’s comeback to Europe since his ‘Purpose’ world tour back in 2017.

UK pop sensation ANNE-MARIE will be bringing her infectious energy to Sziget’s main stage in 2022 much to the delight of her legions of fans across the globe. Riding high off the back of her smash it album ‘Therapy’ released in June last year the singer has a plethora of recent achievements under her belt, including becoming a host of The Voice UK, numerous chart-topping single releases with the likes of Doja Cat and Nathan Dawe, announcing her ‘Dysfunctional’ tour 2022, not to mention voice acting in upcoming Disney film ‘Turning Red’. Anne-Marie is truly one of the biggest pop stars in the world today – and an incredible addition to an already stacked line-up.

Joining her will be Australian rockers TAME IMPALA, bringing their inimitable psychedelic sound to Szigets hallowed mainstage. Since the release of the debut album ‘Innerspeaker’ in 2010 the band have received critical acclaim in everything they’ve done, and armed with an incredible back catalogue modern classics such as ‘The Less I Know Better’, ‘Borderline’ and ‘Make It Happen’ – not to mention they’re recent sell out tour the boys are primed and ready to set Sziget alight.

Yet another stunning addition to the Sziget line-up is man of the moment SAM FENDER. The rising star of the UK music scene is fast becoming another worldwide star since winning the Critics Choice at The Brit Awards in 2019, as well as being nominated for an Ivor Novello in 2020. With second album Seventeen Going Under topping album charts everywhere since its release in October ‘21 not to mention going viral on Tik Tok, the young british musician is primed to show the eager crowds why he’s here to stay.

Sziget have also announced a wealth of talent for their hallowed Colosseum stage. Globally renowned Russian superstar DJ / Producer NINA KRAVIZ will be leading a star studded line up of brightest stars in electronic music including the inimitable SETH TROXLER, Danish producer extraordinaire KÖLSCH and a much anticipated b2b from the enigmatic Denis Sulta and Mella Dee, with more dance acts still TBA.

Featuring alongside them on an already unbeatable festival line up are the likes of global superstar DJ’s STEVE AOKI and CALVIN HARRIS, cult Spanish trap and dancehall artist BAD GYAL, Parisienne producer extraordinaire FOLAMOUR, festival mainstay Tourist, German rockers MILKY CHANCE, British singer songwriter HOLLY HUMBERTSTONE and many many more.
