With the addition of 3 DOORS DOWN, MASTODON, RIVAL SONS, SKILLET and a clutch of others, the XL line-up for Graspop Metal Meeting 2020, which takes place from Thursday-Sunday 18-20 June 2020, is shaping up nicely.

With no fewer than 16 new acts the line-up for the 25th edition of GMM is almost complete. 3 DOORS DOWN, authors of the worldwide hit ‘Kryptonite’ with career album sales in excess of 30 million records, are among the latest batch of confirmations for this summer’s festivities at Stenehei festival park in Dessel. Another band the fans will be looking forward to is MASTODON. The GMM crowd favourites have earned universal respect with their single-minded blend of metal, hardcore and even jazzy intermezzos. They are currently working on a new album so hopefully they’ll have some new tunes to share with the GMM faithful.

Also from the US: RIVAL SONS. Not only did their 2011 breakthrough album ‘Pressure and Time’ make a lasting impression but their hectic touring schedule has also earned them an excellent live reputation and they are looking forward to showing off their chops this summer. Just recently SKILLET rocked Trix (Antwerp) to its foundations and we’ve had the pleasure of hosting them on several past occasions. Their Christian-inspired metal walks the line between nu metal, hard rock and symphonic metal and is gradually conquering the globe.

Other new additions to the line-up are AMARANTHE, FLEDDY MELCULY, JOHN GARCIA & THE BAND OF GOLD, L7, MAJESTICA, PERIPHERY, SLOPER, STAKE, SUICIDE SILENCE, THY ART IS MURDER, TIAMAT and WAGE WAR.

Unfortunately Mayhem are forced to cancel their performance at Graspop Metal Meeting 2020.
