Full line up completed for Rhythm and Vines 2022

With over 102 acts performing across four stages from December 29 through to sunrise of January 1st, the final release is headlined by UK grime rapper DIZZEE RASCAL making his way to Gisborne for the first time.

The award winning rapper and producer will also be celebrating 20 years since his debut album release “Boy In Da Corner” which catapulted him into one of the most acclaimed and successful British rappers of all time.

And what will be a popular performance, SIR “Raving” DAVE DOBBYN returns to Waiohika Estate, where he has built a huge reputation and following amongst young and old and will make his much anticipated return to the sundown slot on New Year’s Eve.

Joining already announced headline acts such as CHASE AND STATUS (DJ SET), CAMELPHAT, ALISON WONDERLAND and DIMENSION (LIVE) are performances from K MOTIONZ, SET MO, EKKO & SIDETRACK and SHOCKONE. Local New Zealand additions range from electronic heavyweights QUIX, SACHI up and coming rockers NO CIGAR, MUROKI through to country western star KAYLEE BELL and local D&B hero WITTERS closing the Rhythm Stage.

As always, Rhythm and Vines continues to provide a platform for Kiwi music to shine, with over 60 local acts booked to perform across the 3 days. But for the first time since 2019, Rhythm and Vines is a truly global affair, with over 40 artists hailing from USA, Brazil, Africa, Australia and all across Europe.
