From 24th – 26th June 2022 it is finally that time again and on Ferropolis Island you can headbang and mosh again! For the 27th edition of the Full Force Festival here is the next round of line-up announcements today!

In addition to well-known bands such as the Swedish melodic death metal legends SOILWORK, the US metalcore pioneers AUGUST BURNS RED or the music project ME & THAT MAN from Behemoth frontman Nergal, the Full Force Festival can also book cutting-edge acts in the line-up that will not only get die-hard fans going, but the entire scene as well. With this, the Full Force proves once again that it consistently recognises new trends and bands at an early stage, accompanies them and brings them onto their own festival stages!

For example, the pop-punk combo HOT MILK, founded in 2018 in Manchester, around front woman Han Mee and front man Jim Shaw. Or the post-hardcore band DREAM STATE, also from the UK, led by front woman CJ Gilpin.

With further newcomers such as the American death metallers from GATECREEPER or the southern German post-hardcore band FROM FALL TO SPRING and a few more, the Full Force proves great diversity and thus remains true to the announced line of making its music spectrum more open and broader.

The direction for the Full Force 2022 is therefore clear: Full speed ahead! Whether in the mosh pit in front of one of the stages or in the cool water of the Gremminer See in front of the epic backdrop of the excavators from Ferropolis! The Full Force Holidays will be the holiday spectacle for the metal community in 2022 – the best time of summer on what is probably the most extraordinary island in Germany not far from Leipzig!
