COPENHELL is launching its 2021 music festival with 19 new bands on the festival poster!
Festival organisers are extremely happy to announce that EMPEROR has been reaffirmed for COPENHELL 2021! It will be a historic experience for all metal fans when the extremely in demand Norwegian black metal fighters play on Danish soil for the first time ever. They can also confirm that the technically superior metal equilibrists from OPETH and the death metal founders from DEATH TO ALL are both reporting again next year!
The punk rock band and audience favorite TURBONEGRO and the hard-hitting metal band LOK never got published for this year’s festival – but they are now confirmed for the 2021 festival poster and organisers look forward to seeing them next year. Here you can also look forward to a magnificent draft beer party with GLORYHAMMER‘s popular power metal and wacky galactic fairy tales and to hear the metal phenomenon P.O.D. stir their bubbling musical melting pot of punk, heavy metal, reggae and rap rock.
Both DOG EAT DOG and RAISED FIST have toured for more than 25 years, each with their own interpretation of the hardcore genre and both bands are just as indignant as ever. Look forward to raging chorus, hard-hitting beatdowns and roaring community singing in front of the stage. This applies not least to the younger hardcore band KNOCKED LOOSE, who with their rabid music is known for launching the most chaotic moshpits in the man’s memory!
The Swedish bands WITCHCRAFT and HÄLLAS both play progressive rock with great respect for the classics and room for both headbanger riffs and Hammond organs in evocative and melodic tributes to the 70’s and 80’s retro rock. They are complemented by THUNDERMOTHER, who plays classic hard rock full of attitude and drive.
The veterans of DESTRUCTION and SACRED REICH and the young warriors of HIGH COMMAND play wild dance with brutal and red-hot thrash metal, and we can also look forward to getting even further into the corners of the hard genres with VREID‘s fierce black & roll, super group SOEN‘s progressive metal and innovative eurodisco metal from NERVED!
