Rock en Seine’s 2022 line up just got even bigger. Paris’ festival returns next summer for its 18th edition on 25th – 28th August 2022, and today we announce even more incredible acts set to grace the Parc de Saint-Cloud main stage.
As a national exclusive, global rock icons ARCTIC MONKEYS will headline the opening day of Rock en Seine on Thursday 25th August. Rock en Seine will be one of their first live shows in over 3 years, and a chance to hear new material and the much loved classics – it doesn’t get much better than that.
IDLES are also on the bill and the lively Bristolians are always a festival highlight, plus JAMES BLAKE will leave fans in awe with a live performance of his acclaimed 2021 album Friends That Break Your Heart.
They are joined by Aussie group PARCELS, pop-punk Doncaster lad YUNGBLUD, along with some of the hottest live acts of 2021 – DIY bedroom pop singer BEABADOOBEE, Compton rapper CHANNEL TRES, Irish post-punk outfit FONTAINES D.C., plus DJ FRED AGAIN.., alongside INHALER and SQUID.
This unparalleled bill of music talent join an already huge line up for next year. Previously announced for Rock en Seine 2022: TAME IMPALA, NICK CAVE & THE BAD SEEDS, STROMAE, KRAFTWERK, JAMIE XX, LA FEMME, THE BLAZE plus FKJ, AURORA, DIIV, LOS BITCHOS, MALIK DJOUDI, JEHNNY BETH and THE LIMIÑANAS. Rock en Seine is a festival with something for everyone, bringing every genre you could ask for with some of the world’s best live acts.
We are thrilled to have Arctic Monkeys back at the festival for our next edition and a France exclusive. After 16 years since their debut album and two unforgettable shows at Rock en Seine in 2011 and 2014, they are established as one of the finest bands around and we can’t wait to bring them to our festival goers.
