Versengold, Aborted & Caspian added to Summer Breeze line up

VERSENGOLD will plunge SUMMER BREEZE into a gold rush once again!

We’re bringing the Bremen six to Dinkelsbühl ‘In The People’s Name’ (‘Im Namen Des Folkes’). Because you have been asking for ‘Punch Instead Of Punch’ (‘Punsch Statt Punsch’)! By now, singer Malte and the other ‘Drunkards’ (‘Trunkenbolde’) have a lot of ‘Skeletons In The Closet’ (‘Dreck Am Stecken’). When these ‘Drunken Rapscallions’ (‘Halunken Betrunken’) present their ‘Masquerade And Puppet Dance’ (?Mummenschanz Und Puppentanz’) ‘In Shame And Dishonor’ (‘In Schmutz Und Schande’), you will all fall into ‘Happiness’ (‘Frohsinn’). ‘But Seriously’ (‘Spass Bei Saite’), the band members themselves describe their golden acoustc and lyrical experience as new German folk. If you have ‘Always’ (‘Schon Immer Mal’) wanted to see VERSENGOLD live, you shouldn’t miss these ‘Flying Sparks’ (‘Funkenflug’) at SUMMER BREEZE 2019!

So let us invite you to a dance, sing along and don’t foget: ‘Bottoms Up!’ (‘Hoch Die Krüge!’).

What is it that can’t possibly be missing from SUMMER BREEZE 2019? Exactly!

Brutal death metal! Specifically the one played by ABORTED!

For over 20 years now ABORTED have been bringing extreme death metal to the stages, the masses to the festivals and the fans to the mosh pits. The Belgians are coming to Dinkelsbühl for the fifth time, and they have managed to absolutely kill it at every single one of their previous SUMMER BREEZE appearances. This time the metal mob also has a new album titled ‘Terrorvision’ in the bag. So lubricate your voices to shout along and prepare your tired old bones for some heavy mosh pit action!

Who wants to support a hard working band from America? A band that definitely produces above average post rock? You?! Then please give a warm welcome to CASPIAN at SUMMER BREEZE Open Air!

Hailing from Massachusetts, the five-piece have already been active since 2003, with four albums and three EPs under their belts. CASPIAN know how to express themselves in many ways. Not only do clean vocals, acoustic guitars and piano enrich their sound – below the multiple instrumental layers you can even find electric drums, bongos and several other playful details. In a nutshell: With CASPIAN you can expect a real thunderstorm in Dinkelsbühl, a storm of psychedelic, distorted guitars. Look forward to the unique sonic mystery of this band at SUMMER BREEZE 2019!
