US Rockers The Killers to play Open’er Festival 2021

One of the greatest American rock bands of the 21st century will play in Gdynia, Poland on the 3rd July 2021.

“Mr. Brightside”, “Somebody Told Me”, “When You Were Young”, “Human”… The list of hits created by THE KILLERS during nearly twenty years of their career is long and impressive. The band was formed in 2001 in Las Vegas and they immediately exploded onto the music scene with their debut album “Hot Fuss” (2004).

With their second release, THE KILLERS were already a well-oiled, speeding rock machine. They had their own style, the distinctive voice of Brandon Flowers and a constantly growing global fan base. “Sam’s Town” earned the band two BRIT Awards (International Group and International Album), as well as their sixth and seventh Grammy nomination (for the song “When We Were Young”).

The next album “Day & Age” sold over three million copies worldwide and the lead, dance single “Human” hit the TOP 10 in the UK, Canada, Germany, Sweden and many other countries. In 2012, The Killers released their fourth album “Battle Born” which debuted at #1 in the UK Albums Chart and five years later, their next release “Wonderful Wonderful” topped Billboard 200 in USA.

Last month, the group dropped their sixth record. “Imploding The Mirage” like all their previous records, reached the top in UK in the first week after release. On July 3, we will celebrate with the band their 20th anniversary. See you at Orange Main Stage!
