London-based rapper and songwriter with Nigerian origins has been tearing up rap, hip-hop and grime rules for last couple of years. She brought attention to herself in 2016 with her ruthless lyrics from debut EP Nowhere Here.“Rap isn’t meant to be too happy; there’s meant to be grit in there,” she explains later in interview for The Guardian. “It’s not about weed and lipstick. You’ve got to have that punk in there. It’s got to be radical. You’re here to make a statement.”

Her obsession with rap has started back when she was 12 years old and wit rapper Eve and her song You, Me and She that she kept listening on repeat. When she later saw a recording studio in her local youth centre in Bermondsey she immediately knew it’s something she wanna do. After she got the courage, grabbed the mic and started freestyling for the first time, driven  and skilled FLOHIO has gone a long journey to make music her full-time job.

She has proven her qualities to Czech audience already in 2018 at Addict #15 and she’s ready to prove it once again with even bigger show. More energetic and more radical than ever she dropped a great show at Eurosonic 2020 and won prestigious EU prize for popular and contemporary music, 2020 Music Moves Europe Talent Award.
