Low Festival reveals the name of the first international artist who will be part of his next line-up. After a memorable edition last July with live shows from New Order, Foals, Bastille and Vetusta Morla, today comes the news of the confirmation of TWO DOOR CINEMA CLUB. Thus, a season of novelties begins that will be paving the way to # Low2020. With a line up that, again, promises the best indie, pop, electronic and urban bands of the national and international scene.
The wishes of the lowers are always orders for Low Festival, and the Irish band TWO DOOR CINEMA CLUB have been one of the most demanded by the public since they last played the festival in 2013. On that visit they delighted all attendees with the premiere of “Beacon” (2012), and next summer they arrive in Benidorm with “False Alarm” (2019), the most risky album of the four that they have published to date.
The synth-pop melodies that articulate the new length of the band led by Alex Trimble give each of the themes a festive air and, in turn, renewed, without neglecting the eighties aura and experimentation with genres such as hip -hop and funk. Hit after hit, the Irish band will return to Low Festival with the aim of creating a show in the purest festive and dance style, with the quality to which they are accustomed to the public. Songs like the new and catchy ‘Talk’ or mythical themes like ‘What You Know’ will shine under the sky of Benidorm.
