New York group THE STROKES return to the stage with a new album and stops at Marmande and Garorock Festival! on Saturday 27th June!

We forgot the 2010s or whatever it is called. We were thawed and now we are back!

With a first opus classified as 2nd best album of the 2000s by Rolling Stone and 4th best album of all time by NME, that inevitably announced an extraordinary career! It didn’t fail! THE STROKES succeeded in influencing a whole rock generation in a short time, be it Franz Ferdinand, Arctic Monkeys or The Killers (just that!).

The American quintet composed of Julian Casablancas on vocals, Nikolai Fraiture (bass), Albert Hammond Jr. and Nick Valensi (guitars) and finally Fabrizio Moretti (drums) gave a new start to rock in the 2000s.

Thunderbolt on December 31, 2019 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn when the group announces the release of a new album for 2020! It’s hysteria! The announcement is made, without much more information … not even a specific release date. But it is sure that after 7 years of torture for the fans, this time it is the right one!
