Blessed to write songs with infectious melodies and strong lyrics, they are reminiscent of what songwriting has always been about: credible storytelling. Singer and guitarist Wesley Schultz, drummer Jeremiah Fraites and until recently cellist Neyla Pekarek, who was newly replaced by violinist Lauren Jacobson, never filmed in one circle and rightfully received Grammy nominations, their big fan Barack Obama invited them to the White House and U2 twice. or they opened concerts for Tom Petty. The song Hanging Tree, composed for the film Hunger Games, was also enthusiastically received.
