Known for their punk energy, guitar-fueled firepower, and insightful songwriting, rock band SOUL ASYLUM is officially a performer at Lakes Jam in 2023. Their performance will take place on the Bud Light Main Stage at 8:00PM on Thursday 22nd June!

Formed in 1981 in Minnesota, SOUL ASYLUM is a multi-platinum selling band including the triple platinum album Grave Dancers Union and platinum record Let Your Dim Light Shine. Their song “Runaway Train” hit #5 on the Billboard Hot 100 and also won the Grammy Award for Best Rock Song in 1993.

They’ve received praise from Rolling Stone. “Soul Asylum has been called many things – from America’s best live band to punk rock poets, and even today it still rings true.”
