Ruisrock will see producer sensation MARTIN GARRIX (NL) in the summer of 2021, who will drive the audience on the world’s largest festival stages. The award-winning and list-ranked artist is in his element with both uplifting dance songs and melodic pop songs. GARRIX’S production includes several top-rated releases with Dua Lipa, Khalid and Troye Sivan, among others.
Supergroup MAJOR LAZER (US) has been one of the most popular artists in the world for a decade. Formed by Dipo, Walshy Firen and Ape Drums, the band combines reggae, dancehall and house with their electronic dance music and raises the atmosphere of the festival Friday to the heights with its hits. American artist BLACKBEAR, in turn, completes Sunday in Ruisrock. The artist’s singles have garnered hundreds of millions of replays and views worldwide, and well-known songs include giant hits such as hot girl bummer and do re mi.
The festival will be supplemented by the Nordic countries when DJ producer ALAN WALKER (NO), pop artist ZARA LARSSON (SE) and the iconic THE ARK (SE) arrive in Ruissalo. ALAN WALKER, one of the most internationally sought-after artists in his genre, who has become very popular as the main star of concert stages and with soaring streaming numbers, has already left a mark on the history of popular music despite his young age. The much-coveted performer is also THE ARK, which is arguably one of the greatest Swedish bands of the 21st century. The band will see the only Finnish gig in Ruisrock in the summer of 2021, when the band will take the stage on festival Sunday. ZARA LARSSON, who has conquered the audience with her hits Lush Life and Never Forget You, among others, represents the top Swedish contemporary artists.
The most anticipated domestic attachments to the festival include ANTTI TUISKU, known for his spectacular live performances, the Finnish rock legend TEHOSEKOITIN, the pioneer of pop and percussion KAIJA KOO, and the versatile artist talent VESALA. The artist table is also complemented by CLEDOS, ERIN, GAZELLES, GETTOMASA, JESSE MARKIN, LUKE DITCH, SPICE WORKS, ROSES, URSUS FACTORY and YEBOYAH.
More artist releases are expected soon.
