Concluding festival season for the 6th time, Lollapalooza Berlin promises a top-class line-up with shows by RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE, MILEY CYRUS, ANNENMAYKANTEREIT, DEICHKIND, DIE ANTWOORD and many more.
Held for the 6th time in a row, this year’s Lollapalooza at Olympiastadion and Olympiaparkin Berlin is shaping up to be yet another a great event with strong live acts and extraordinary moments. As part of the first wave of announcements for the event on 5 and 6 September 2020, fans from all over the world can look forward to the only German show by RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE, who set a music milestone in the early 1990s with their unforgettable crossover style.

A further coup comes in the form of a confirmation from pop icon MILEY CYRUS, who is making her first-ever appearance at a festival in Germany. MILEY CYRUS is highly acclaimed for her amazing live shows, and this appearance will certainly be no exception.
The line-up continues with absolute fan-and critic favourites ANNENMAYKANTEREIT, whose music combined with the rough, distinctive vocals of singer Henning May has placed them on all the German charts for years, at least thanks to collaborations with K.I.Z. and Juju, who have also spent weeks topping the best-of lists. DEICHKIND is slated to appear a second time after premiering at the very first edition of Lollapalooza Berlin in 2015. Recent years have seen the Hamburg combo enthuse a packed festival audience like hardly any other German act, regardless of where these guys perform. In any case organisers are thrilled to have Krawall and Remmidemmi on the programme in September!
DIE ANTWOORD’S act should be at least as exceptional, the rap-rave duo hit the big time in 2010 with their video for “Enter the Ninja”; their socially critical lyrics and satirically provocative music videos reflect an unparalleled style that is certainly all their own.
The electronic dance fun continues on the now legendary Perry’s Stage at Olympiastadion, one of the biggest EDM stages in Europe. DJ SNAKE, TIMMY TRUMPET, LOST FREQUENCIES, NEELIX, MADEON, R3HAB, ALLE FARBEN and many more are set to appear, so pack your comfortable shoes! Of course pop, rock and EDM aren’t the only thing in the line-up. The Lollapalooza Festival wouldn’t be complete without a princely mix of hiphop, rap and R&B with the likes of RUN THE JEWELS, APACHE 207, ALLIGATOAH, DENZEL CURRY, LOREDANA, J.I.D, BLACKBEAR and the $UICIDEBOY$. Those who like it a little quieter can look forward to the smooth sounds and beautiful voices of ALICE MERTON, BEABADOOBEE, WALKING ON CARS, BISHOP BRIGGS and MOLI.

This year’s Lollapalooza Berlin promises yet another fascinating world of music, artistry, art, adventure and loads of fun. Further announcements regarding music acts for the big stages and details concerning the event’s non-music programme highlights are coming soon.
