PEARL JAM’S summer 2021 European tour has officially been rescheduled for June and July of 2022. And so the first name for Rock Werchter 2022 is in.

On Thursday, June 30, 2022, PEARL JAM will headline the opening day of the festival.

Earlier it was announced that the Belgian Rock Werchter Festival is postponed to the summer of 2022. Given the current restrictions, the 2021 festival could not be prepared in the normal way.  Organisers want every fan and artist to enjoy the festival to the fullest, and with the current situation they could not achieve this.  Rock Werchter will be back in 2022, in full swing and even much better than that. Some of the planned Rock Werchter 2021 acts will (re)appear. New names will be added to the line-up too. Rock Werchter will take place from Thursday June 30 to Sunday July 3, 2022 at the Festivalpark in Werchter. More names will be revealed later.

Ticket holders have been contacted personally by our ticket partner, Ticketmaster. They can choose to retain their ticket, carry it over to 2022, or ask to be given a credit to the value of their booking. This credit can be spent on any of the festivals that will take place at the Festivalpark in Werchter in 2021 and 2022. Ticket sales for Rock Werchter 2022 will resume later this year.
