American band ONEREPUBLIC will play the summer’s only Danish concert at the Nibe Festival on Friday 30th June 2023 on main stage.

Since ONEREPUBLIC formed in 2002, the Americans have delivered plenty of great tracks – “Apologize”, “Lose Somebody” and “Counting Stars” are good examples of these with the latter getting no less than 1.7 billion plays on Spotify!

The many hits and great popularity around the world have spawned a string of awards and nominations. No later than 2022 for the American Music Awards, where OneRepublic is nominated in the category “Favorite Pop Duo Or Group” in the company of Imagine Dragons and Coldplay.

We are very, very happy that the current Americans are coming by Nibe. We love having big international stars in the beautiful Skalskov, and it’s totally top of the line when OneRepublic, who are also SO current!

Right now, ONEREPUBLIC is topping the charts all over the world and has spent the last 14 weeks on the Danish singles chart with “I Ain’t Worried” from Top Gun: Maverich. Last week, “I Ain’t Worried” was still in the top 3 on the Danish airplay chart, so the Danes have also embraced ONEREPUBLIC to that extent again, again, again!

We are very proud that OneRepublic will be playing in Skalskoven. After all, it is the only concert in Denmark, and they come with a huge catalog of hits. They are super current right now with “I Ain’t Worried”, which most people know from the new Top Gun movie.

Ryan Tedder is not only the frontman for ONEREPUBLIC, over the years, he has also acted as a songwriter and/or producer for names such as Adele, Beyoncé, Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift, Maroon 5, Katy Perry and Ed Sheeran. Likewise, Tedder has collaborated with Danish MØ and Lukas Graham.

More names will be added very soon to the program in Nibe, which already features THE MINDS OF 99, playing on Thursday 29th June 2023 and now world-famous ONEREPUBLIC.
