From June 8th – 11th 2023 the night will be brought back to life in Ferropolis: The MELT festival is in the starting blocks and will make the peninsula at Gremminer See tremble with its unique mix at the cutting edge.
In its 26th year since the founding of the MELT Festival, organsiers are very happy that they can once again present a unique program that is second to none in Germany and Europe. The diversity of the program is still in the focus: Exclusive DJ sets paired with strong and unique live acts will remain as the heart of the festival, but we will also continue to expand the presentation of the musical spectrum of the zeitgeist.
Like every year, MELT offers the most contemporary and catchy musical festival program in Germany. With its unprecedented mix of indie and pop, house, rap, techno and numerous other genres, MELT offers a variety of music that knows almost no limits and offers space for individual experiences on a unique site.
With our first line-up announcement, we want to show the complete range and diversity of MELT. Whether it’s the electronic live act, German newcomers of different genres, techno and house legends, Gen Z icons or even international rising stars: They all have their rightful place in the MELT cosmos. We are very pleased that we can give a first taste of the more than 150 acts of MELT 2023 today.

This approach will be reflected in the curation of the stages in particular: they all stand for unique vibes, tell their own story throughout the night and throughout the festival – and yet they are only a small part of the overall MELT experience. Whether in the MELT Forest, on the beach or in a roller skating rink: Last year’s concept has proven itself and so we will again be able to create almost a dozen different stories from Thursday to Sunday.
Festival organisers are very pleased to announce the following acts for 2023; a preview of the more than 150 artists and bands at MELT 2023:
