One of Sweden’s internationally most successful rock bands is ready for Storsjöyran.

MANDO DIAO, who has just played concerts in China and Russia, is now adding Östersund to their European summer tour.

Unlike many other Swedish artists with international ambitions, MANDO DIAO has established themselves abroad – for real. The group has released seven albums that have sold over 1.5 million copies worldwide. During their career, they have played over 1,500 concerts in more than 30 countries worldwide.

From the early album retrorock via the collaboration with hip hop producers the Salazar Brothers to the interpretations of Gustaf Fröding’s poems to the album “Infruset”. The latter is a disc that cannot be described as anything but a modern classic and that made the band popular. MANDO DIAO is currently working on their eighth album to be released in 2019.
