The lineup of Rock in Rio 2019 got three great news. Rockers on duty can celebrate!

One of the biggest rock bands on the planet has come to complete the long-awaited line-up of the festival’s headliners. FOO FIGHTERS is the newest attraction confirmed on the Main Stage. The band already occupies the position of Greatest Band of Alternative Music in the world by Billboard (2018), has a collection of 11 GRAMMY Awards, a singer considered “the coolest guy in rock”, and now will be responsible for closing the night of September 28, in the City of Rock.

Just before the FOO FIGHTERS, who takes over the Main Stage is the super hitmaker WEEZER. Also considered to be one of the greatest exponents of alternative rock worldwide, the band never stops releasing hits like Buddy Holly, Island In The Sun and Hash Pipe.

Another rock giant confirmed at Rock in Rio 2019 is the band PANIC! AT THE DISCO, with fans worldwide and owner many music awards. With the legendary song “I Write Sins Not Tragedies” the band won the award for best music video in the world by the MTV Video Music Awards. PANIC! AT THE DISCO performs on the Main Stage on October 3, night that will be closed by the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
