First acts announced for Electric Castle in Romania 2019

 A plethora of acts set to join the idillic Transylvanian Castle setting for 2019

Electric Castle takes place on the outskirts of Romania’s cultural city of Cluj. The festival is set amongst the beautiful grounds of the dramatic Banffy Castle, often being describes as Romania’s answer to Versailles.  

Heading up the main stage for 2019 and bringing their flamboyant flare to Romania, the multi-award winning FLORENCE + THE MACHINE will be putting on a spectacular performance to delight thousands of revellers. Catapulted to fame following the release of their debut album ‘Lungs’ the angelic vocalist and her band will fit perfectly within the mystic setting of the Transylvanian Castle. 

THIRTY SECONDS TO MARS will bring a supercharged performance to the bill with natural frontman Jared Leto leading the two-man band. Earlier this year the acclaimed American rock band toured the UK for the first time in over two years, delivering energetic, show-stopping performances across seven dates. Their lively and upbeat knowhow to work a crowd will ensure all festival goers will be ‘Up in The Air’ for their set.

THE VACCINES will providing the crowd with their infectious sing along tunes. Hot off the back of a new single release and a new album underway their performance is set to be  a highlight for all. 

UK rock band BRING ME THE HORIZON are also set to take to the stage. Their eclectic style of ‘metalcore’ has proved popular with world wide fans since humble beginnings. Alongside these incredible acts, epic performances can be expected from METRIC, MONO, TOMMY CASH and many more.
