With over 100 awesome acts already on the line up you thought Download 2019 couldn’t get much better, didn’t you? Well, you thought wrong as we’ve got a sinful six new acts for you.

Start practising your circle headbanging now as symphonic metal titans, EPICA, are coming to Donington Park with their magnetising mix of heavy metal grit and orchestral grandeur. If you’ve wondered what Elvis would sound like crooning his way through Nirvana’s ‘Smells Like Teen Spirit, you’re in luck my friend as ELVANA are hitting up the Zippo Encore Stage!

Toronto based band THE BEACHES will lift you up with their feelgood vintage rock vibes. Whilst, THE INSPECTOR CLUZO, PALISADES and BLURRED VISION will also all be heading to Donington Park to rock your world.

Download organisers are psyched to announce that NXT superstars ADAM COLE and KYLE O’REILLY OF UNDISPUTED ERA, SHAYNA BASZLER, MATT RIDDLE, and more are coming to blow your minds with some serious wrestling action at Download next month.

These high flying wrestling legends join the already announced NXT UK stars in the ring in the Main Arena.  Don’t forget all of the NXT UK action is being filmed, so you can watch it whilst chilling in your pants at home post-DL.

Download is all about the LOL’s and the Comedy line up for the Side Splitter Stage in The Village is going to get your Download off to a howling start.

Joining already announced comedy titan, JIM BREUER, on the bill is Mock the Week regular and self-confessed metallar, ED GAMBLE, who’ll make you weep with laughter. BBC New Comedy Award finalist AARON SIMMONDS will slay the Side Splitter Stage with jokes on everything from Harry Potter to disastrous dating. Whilst, ALLYSON JUNE SMITH will be serving up a potent observational cocktail of wit, bite and shame.

Also, hitting up the Side Splitter Stage to detonate comedy dynamite are ANDREW BIRD, ANDY FIELD, BRETT DOMINO, DAN NIGHTINGALE, DANNY MCLOUGHLIN, DAVID LONGLEY, EMMANUEL SONUBI, JIMMY MCGHIE, JOHN LYNN, JONATHAN MAYOR, LAURA LEXX, LOU CONRAN, MARK SIMMONS, MILO MCCABE, RACHEL FAIRBURN, RICH WILSON, ROB KEMP, STEPHEN BUCHANAN, SULLY O’ SULLIVAN and THOMAS GREEN.
