Festival organisers are incredibly happy and proud to be able to present another world artist to the Törebodafestivalen!

BILLY IDOL is a rock icon who has played on the biggest stages in the whole world for several decades and on Saturday 9th July he will take his place on the fantastic festival stage.

I can only imagine the pressure that will be between the house walls in our cool audience. I promise that Billy’s energy will be contagious and this is guaranteed to be one of the greatest moments in the festival’s history

BILLY IDOL is one of the greatest artists of our time and an icon from London’s punk scene in the 70’s and 80’s. From the groundbreaking punk band Generation X was formed in 1976, with Billy Idol as the front man, via the first solo album “Billy Idol” from 1982 until today, Billy Idol has been as stylish as he has been loved by fans around the world.

The latest EP “The Roadside” came out just a month ago and this summer BILLY IDOL returns to Europe on tour with original guitarist Steve Stevens.  There will be a stop in Sweden – at Törebodafestivalen on July 9th!
