BEN HARPER returns to Italy with five new big concerts on July 9th at the Ravenna Festival (Pala De Andrè), on the 10th at the Pistoia Blues Festival (Piazza Duomo), on the 13th at Rock in Roma (Auditorium Parco della Musica – Cavea), on the 16th at Mantova Arte & Musica 2019 (Piazza Sordello) and on the 17th at the Milan Summer Festival (SNAI Hippodrome – San Siro).
After his debut album in 1994, Welcome to the Cruel World, BEN HARPER released several highly successful studio albums including Fight For Your Mind, The Will to Live, Burn to Shine, Diamonds on the Inside, Lifeline (nominated at GRAMMY) and Call It What It Is in 2016. All these projects have seen collaboration with THE INNOCENT CRIMINALS, a band formed by Leon Mobley (percussion), Juan Nelson (bass), Oliver Charles (drums) and Jason Mozersky (guitar). The group, which has always performed live with Ben around the world, is distinguished by the diversity of musical genres to which the various components belong and which in some way makes each player complementary to the other.
BEN HARPER is regarded as one of the most incisive and influential authors and performers of all time, able to transcend musical genres and talk about personal themes as well as political topics.
Sold-out tours around the globe, records flown directly into the top 10 US charts, Gold and Platinum certifications around the world and incredible performances have made BEN HARPER and his band the real world superstars.
Tickets for the concerts will be available for purchase from 10.00 on Friday 21 December 2018 from out friends at www.ticketone.it (with the exception of the Ravenna show whose tickets will be available from 10.00 am on December 22nd).
