The metal band AMON AMARTH is headlining Hills of Rock 2020’s first day. As you might remember, the festival will take place for the 4th year in a row at Plovdiv’s Rowing canal on July 24th, 25th and 26th.
AMON AMARTH was formed in Sweden in 1992. The band is among the best metal groups in the world and have already released 11 albums. AMON AMARTH say their music style was melodic death metal and their lyrics are mainly related to Viking mythology, making each track a powerful anthem.
The band’s blasting shows prove AMON AMARTH as one of the best live performing groups ever and that’s why organisers can’t wait to see them at the stage of Hills of Rock 2020 on July 24th in full strength with Johan Hegg (vocal), Olavi Mikkonen (guitar), Johan Söderberg (guitar), Ted Lundström (bass) и Jocke Wallgren (drums).
AMON AMARTH’s latest album, Berserker, was out in May 2019, and already made it to the top of many European, American and Australian charts.
