RBC Bluesfest organizers today announced a major addition to an already star-studded line-up – English indie rock phenomenon ALT-J, named for the delta symbol that appears when pressing “Alt” and “J” on a Mac keyboard.

The band’s brilliant album RELAXER follows 2014’s Grammy-nominated This Is All Yours, and their 2012 Mercury Prize and Ivor Novello Award-winning debut An Awesome Wave. Between them, the first two records have sold in excess of two million copies and their songs have been streamed more than a billion times. The band have headlined festivals across the globe and sold out London’s O2 Arena and New York’s legendary Madison Square Garden.

As in previous years, we continue to add to our line-up after the initial launch. This is a bonus for those who already have tickets and, for those who haven’t, this makes it even more compelling to get some; especially our multiple-day ticket packages, which have become the most popular purchase in recent years. As always, prices are subject to change, so folks should snap these up sooner than later.
