THE LUMINEERS will join the NOS Alive’20 poster on July 9 at the NOS Stage, where they will share the stage Taylor Swift, Khalid and Alt-J.

With 7 years of life, directly from Denver, Colorado, the band already has three successful albums, where their pop folk repertoire does not disappoint lovers of this genre and surprises positively everyone who says they are not fans of music of this nature.

Wesley Schultz, Jeremiah Fraites, Ben Wahamaki, Jay Van Dyke and Maxwell Hughes carry in their portfolio the work released in September 2029, entitled III, a coincidence that is due not only to being their third album, but also to being composed of nine themes which are divided into three different chapters. However, and to make all of her fans take a deep breath, “Ophelia”, “Stuborn Love” or “Hey Ho” promise to join the performance set list and make the audience jump to the sound of their unforgettable choruses.

ALEC BENJAMIN, the singer from Phoenix, Arizona, will be in Portugal at NOS Alive, on July 11th on the Sagres Stage!

With artists like Eminem, Paul Simon and John Mayer as influences, ALEC BENJAMIN, who simply refers to himself as a “narrator”, has created a pop lo fi sound that has already won thousands of fans, all over the world. After launching a mixtape, “America”, in 2013, he recorded his debut single, “Paper Crown”, in the dormitory of the University where he studied. Launching it completely independently in 2014.

A series of songs followed, “The Water Fountain”, “End of Summer” and “I Built a Friend”, his viral hit of 2017, which reached, in less than a year, more than 4 million streams on the Spotify. And in 2018, with “Let Me Down Slowly”, the single from the debut album “Narrated For You”, managed more than 2 million streams in the first week. The song currently has over 400 million plays on spotify.

This rising star will have his debut in Portugal on the Sagres stage of NOS Alive, on the 11th of July.
